Bloody Mary goes mainstream

This came to me on a health-tip-of-the-day service offered through my employer. It should sound very familiar!

*** Today’s Tip:  TOMATO DRINK
For a healthy addition to a brunch or breakfast, combine ice, 1½ cups
tomato juice, one celery stalk, one tablespoon lemon juice, and
perhaps a dash of pepper and hot sauce. Blend until smooth. Garnish
with another crisp celery stalk. This refreshing drink is low in
calories, a great source of many vitamins and counts toward your
recommended three to five servings of veggies for the day! If your
doctor recommends that you limit sodium, consider using a low-sodium
tomato juice.
