A great football snack!

Bloody Mary Pumpkin Seeds

seeds from 1 large pumpkin, cleaned and dried on parchment paper
olive oil in a can (like nonstick spray)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or chipotle powder
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Spread pumpkin seeds evenly on cookie sheet. Spray or mist with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings, then bake in a 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Stir the seeds around every 5 minutes to toast evenly. Seeds may not change color but they will be crisp when done. Enjoy!
